Excursion Information

Our 2012 golf tournament will be held at the Westchase Golf Club in Tampa, Florida on Sunday, January 29. Westchase has been recognized by the National Golf Foundation (NGF) for its outstanding course conditions, service, and value. The Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction (CLASP) award is given to the best of more than 400 courses that participate in this NGF program, and Westchase placed in the top ten of the national rankings and number one in the state of Florida.

Nationally known architect Lloyd Clifton designed the 6710-yard, par 72 course that winds through natural wetlands, wooden bridges, and bulkheads. Considered one of the most beautiful public-access courses in the Tampa area, Westchase has earned a high rating from Golf Digest as well as a Great Value award.

Pro tips and accurate yardages are available on a full color, state-of-the-art GPS system. Three sets of tees accommodate golfers of different skill levels and all will enjoy a challenging round of golf through 213 acres of lakes, woods, and scenic conservation areas.

Get ready to experience an intimate and exciting adventure on the wonderful Gulf of Mexico! You'll head out on a private charter vessel carrying a maximum of six passengers to fish for grouper, snapper, tuna, amberjack, dolphin, barracuda, and many other salt-water species. You'll have your own captain and first mate, coolers with soft drinks, and the pure enjoyment of the ocean and the beautiful Southwest Florida sun. Poles, bait, licenses, permits, taxes, and gratuities are all included. This excursion will take place Sunday, January 29.

2012 is an Olympic year - and we don't mean that event they're holding in England next summer. We mean the Duro-Last Beach Olympics - right at the Clearwater Beach Resort. This fun-filled activity is open to "athletes" ages 5 and up, and will include five events: the clothes relay, the aqua blast, the three-legged relay, the blindfold Frisbee chase relay, and the obstacle course.

The Beach Olympics will be held on Sunday, January 29 at noon! There is no cost to sign up, but this activity is limited to the first 100 participants. Teams will be posted on-site.
